AI Generated Content

Content generated by our AI algorithms based on your input remains your property. However, you may not claim ownership over the underlying AI models or algorithms.

• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

Payments and Billing

Subscription Fees

Refund Policy

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PCPLEXITT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
